WRHATS Community Meetings
The White Rock Homeowners and Taxpayers Society (WRHATS) meets regularly to discuss issues that matter to White Rock residents — from city governance and planning decisions to community initiatives and local priorities. Meetings provide an open forum where homeowners and taxpayers can:
